Planning a Group Tour

Once you’ve decided to undertake a group tour, it’s best to start the ground work right away.  This gives more time for organizing your itinerary, fundraising and increasing interest in participation. Bookings for some attractions fill up quickly and early planning can help guarantee first choice of activities. Many groups start planning their trips a year in advance.

Generating interest and securing parent permission are high on the list of early ‘musts,’ so RVC has developed resources to help you host the necessary meetings and start off on the right foot.
